Summary:

■ Foreclosure Transformation Act, S2157 — Passed both houses of the NJ Legislature 12/3/12, sent to Governor for action. [ Statement on S2157 ] [ Fiscal Estimate S2157 ]

What YOU Can Do NOW: Email and phone the Governor, urging him to again veto this bad legislation.

■ NJ Minimum Wage, A2162 — Passed both houses of the NJ Legislature 12/3/12, sent to the Governor for action. [ Statement on A2162 ] [ Fiscal Impact Statement ]

What YOU Can Do NOW: Email and phone the Governor, urging him to veto.

■ Creates New Jersey Clean Car Commission, A3028 — Passed both houses of the NJ Legislature 12/3/12, sent to the Governor for action. [ Statement on A3028 ] This bill brings California clean air standards to New Jersey.

What YOU Can Do NOW: Email and phone the Governor, urging him to veto.

Obamacare Deadlines:

■ Dec. 6 Deadline - Sign or veto S2135, which would create a NJ Health Exchange under Obamacare. S2135 creates a massive health bureaucracy, with a $41 million annual cost.
[ Fiscal Impact Statement ] [ Statement on S2135 ] This is the second structural outline for a New Jersey-specific exchange; the first was vetoed by the Governor.

■ Dec. 14 Deadline - Inform U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services whether New Jersey will or will not establish a NJ Health Exchange
