Hey Democrats! Poll this!
An alert went out last Wednesday calling together the brass of the Democratic Party about what to do to turn the tragedy in Newtown, Connecticut, to their political advantage. It was held in tandem with a push for legislation that will crack down on law-abiding citizens and strip them of their civil rights - in the name of preventing another Newtown tragedy. Politickernj reported on the Democrats:
Senior Democrats are mobilizing this afternoon for an all-out assault on Republicans in the wake of today’s hearing on several gun control measures.
Democratic leaders have planned a call this afternoon that will include party pollsters to plan their public relations strategy in an attempt to exploit GOP opposition to what Democrats view as common sense gun control measures.
It looks like some of the state’s top Democrats think that Newtown wasn’t about the murder of innocent children and about serious measures to prevent another tragedy. These Democrats think it is about votes. One operative calls it “a gold mine”.
Here are some of the top Democrats involved in New Jersey’s so-called “gun control” effort:
Assemblywoman Bonnie Watson Coleman, the former Chairwoman of the Democrat State Committee and former Majority Leader of the Assembly now sits on the Law & Public Safety Committee that approved legislation last Wednesday to make it more difficult for innocent, law-abiding citizens to own a firearm to protect their family. The Star-Ledger reported:
Assemblywoman’s sons plead to armed robbery
A state lawmaker’s sons have admitted robbing a children’s clothing store at gunpoint.
William Carter-Watson, 21, and Jared C. Coleman, 19, pleaded guilty Friday to first-degree armed robbery. The sons of Assemblywoman Bonnie Watson Coleman (D-Ewing) said they participated in the March 12 robbery of Kids-R-Us at the Mercer Mall.
As part of a plea agreement, the men will be sentenced as second-degree offenders and face up to seven years in prison. Other charges against them will be dismissed at the Jan. 18 sentencing.
Coleman and Carter-Watson are free on $60,000 bail.
Assemblywoman Watson-Coleman’s sons obviously don’t obey gun laws. So the next time they come to rob some poor innocent voter and terrorize a family, the Democrats want it enshrined in law that the Watson-Coleman boys will have the guns and the law-abiding citizen will be defenseless. Got it. Thanks Democrats!
Oh but it gets better. Assemblywoman Watson-Coleman has been a big supporter of criminals’ rights. She pushed for reforms so that the names of convicted violent criminals are not on a list that is used to notify potential employers after they serve their sentence. The Assemblywoman believes it is wrong to stigmatize criminals who through due process have been convicted of serious violent crimes in a Court of Law. On the other hand, the Assemblywoman does believe it is fine to strip innocent, law-abiding citizens of their constitutional rights without due process, merely by having some bureaucrat put their names on a list.
Assemblyman Joe Cryan, the former Chairman of the Democrat State Committee and former Majority Leader of the Assembly now sits on the Law & Public Safety Committee that approved legislation last Wednesday to make it more difficult for innocent, law-abiding citizens to own a firearm to protect their family. Joe Cryan is a big supporter of the Irish Republican Army (IRA) and his family has been active for years in pro-IRA activities.
The IRA is considered by many to be a terrorist organization, and some factions of it have actively opposed non-violence. Cryan’s father, the former Sheriff of Essex County, lobbied to remove two leaders of a pro-violence IRA fringe group from a list of terrorists. Last week, Cryan and his fellow Democrats voted to strip innocent, law-abiding citizens - who have never been charged with a crime - of their constitutional rights without due process, merely because some bureaucrat placed their name on a list. Go figure.
Assemblyman Charles Mainor, the Chairman of the Assembly Law & Public Safety Committee that approved legislation last Wednesday to make it more difficult for innocent, law-abiding citizens to own a firearm to protect their family. Mainor made the news this week, as the Star-Ledger reports:
Jersey City Assemblyman Charles Mainor is in hot water again over his Facebook page, with constituents wondering if it’s appropriate for one of their state legislators to have “liked” Facebook pages such as Big Bootie Freaks and another page that posts videos of physical assaults.
That page, dubbed You Got Knocked the F*ck Out Man, includes videos from WorldStarHipHop, the shock website that two weeks ago posted a savage video of a group of thugs stripping and whipping a Newark boy with a belt.
Big Bootie Freaks, meanwhile, is filled with photos of women with large derrières.
The pages were among five Mainor has liked since the start of 2013. Less than an hour after The Jersey Journal spoke to Mainor, the two pages were deleted from his Favorites list.
Mainor, a Democrat who made headlines last January when he used Facebook to call the Philadelphia Eagles “gaybirds” and the Dallas Cowboys “cowgirls,” told The Jersey Journal this morning that he doesn’t use Facebook anymore since that incident, and at first he denied liking either of the two pages.
“I doubt very strongly that I would do something like that,” said Mainor, a Jersey City cop who has represented Jersey City and Bayonne in the state Assembly since 2010. “I don’t do Facebook.”
“As far as the Big Bootie Freaks - listen, I love women, but it shouldn’t be on there but I don’t know how to get it out.”
Mainor, who later admitted to liking the You Got Knocked the F*ck Out Man page, said his strong anti-gun stance may be the reason why any constituents have complained about Facebook pages he likes.
“They’re trying to discredit me in some kind of way because I agreed with the gun deals that I pushed through,” he said. “We’re losing babies. And if the best they can do is come back and say, “He shouldn’t have Big Bootie Freaks,’ then I said, ‘Hey, you shouldn’t have guns.”
Mainor, as chair of the Assembly Law and Public Safety Committee, has backed measures intended to tighten mental-health oversight for gun owners. The measures have cleared Mainor’s panel and have been forwarded to the full Assembly for a vote.
Assemblyman Mainor is an intelligent man, and he can’t figure out how to get off a Facebook list. Imagine the poor innocent voter who wants to get his rights back after he joins Nelson Mandela as one of the million or so names placed on a list of “suspected” terrorists. Think about it Assemblyman: A law-abiding citizen, never charged with a crime, no criminal history, no due process, placed on a list, stripped of his or her constitutional rights.
We should also warn the Assemblyman that based on his statements regarding his love of Big Bootie he is in danger of being labeled a “nut” by the Star-Ledger’s staff psychiatrist, “Doctor” Julie O’Connor.

How many kids were in that
schoolchildren’s store when the Watson Coleman gang showed up with guns drawn?Get the Watson Coleman gang mug shots and use them in every swing Democrat district this year.
The Democrats = Guns for Criminals and more defenseless victims.
What about an honorable mention for my son and his baseball bat?
“The Assemblyman’s son, also named John Cryan, was convicted of brutally beating a motorist with a baseball bat while two accomplices punched and kicked the victim, after a case of road rage. The younger Cryan was ordered by the court only to probation but he was later jailed for violating the terms of his sentence.” (Source: Newark Star Ledger)
Another relative running afoul of the law raises questions about Assemblyman Joseph Cryan, who is employed at taxpayer expense as a $110,000 per year as a Union County undersheriff.
The politician’s cousin, Morristown Council President John Cryan, was arrested over the weekend on charges of getting drunk and assaulting a police officer.
A police statement said three people struggled with Cryan to prevent him from driving after he left a local tavern “highly intoxicated.”
Police reportedly found Cryan on the ground in the tavern parking lot “acting in a disorderly manner.”
Cryan was taken to the emergency room of Morristown Memorial Hospital, where he “became combative and assaulted an officer,” according to the police statement.
Give the death penalty to those who use guns against children.
No, not in NJ, there is a long list of scumbag Democrats who voted not to punish those who slaughter innocent children.
I can see the mail now.
Some asshole Democrat legislator said that women should get raped instead of having a gun for protection.

WTF!
The Democrats who voted this should be held personally liable every time a woman is raped on campus. Sue them and make them pay because they caused the rape. It is reckless endangerment to take away a woman’s self-defense.
Meanwhile, the Obama administration’s TSA (also liberal hypocites) continue this kind of crap: http://radio.foxnews.com/toddstarnes/top-stories/tsa-detains-3-year-old-in-wheelchair.html
Remember that thug life who raped and killed the young girl in trenton. She was an artist working on a mural and was tortured, raped and murdered. Bet her rapist voted for Bonnie Watson.
